By accessing or using the Vapin Ape Budtender Rewards Program ("the Program"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Program. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Program constitutes acceptance of any changes.
The Program is exclusively available to budtenders and dispensary employees who are employed at participating retail locations. You must be at least 21 years of age and currently employed at a participating dispensary to create an account and earn rewards. We reserve the right to verify your employment status at any time.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your real name as it appears in your employer's systems. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Points are earned based on verified sales data synced from SparkPlug. Points accrual, point values, and earning rates are determined solely by Vapin Ape and may be changed at any time without prior notice. Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged outside of the Program. We reserve the right to adjust point balances if errors in calculation or syncing are discovered.
Rewards are subject to availability and may be modified, substituted, or discontinued at any time. Once a redemption is confirmed, it cannot be reversed or refunded. Vapin Ape is not responsible for any issues related to reward fulfillment, including shipping delays or product defects. Rewards are for personal use only and may not be resold.
You agree not to: (a) create multiple accounts or use false information; (b) manipulate or attempt to manipulate sales data or point calculations; (c) share your account with others; (d) use the Program for any unlawful purpose; or (e) interfere with the operation of the Program. Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all accumulated points.
All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed within the Program are the property of Vapin Ape or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without prior written consent.
The Program is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Vapin Ape shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Program, including but not limited to loss of points, data, or anticipated rewards. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of rewards you have successfully redeemed in the preceding 12 months.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these Terms or if you are no longer employed at a participating dispensary. Upon termination, any unredeemed points will be forfeited. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Program. Your continued use of the Program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
